MKEF brings Amal Kleos Chronicles to Motherland English School

Day 01 – 21st August 2025 (Thursday)
The MK Empowerment Foundation team visited Motherland English School to conduct The Amal Kleos Chronicles inter-class competition for students from 6th to 10th grade. The program included two exciting activities: a Spell Bee Competition and a Debate, both aimed at encouraging learning, healthy competition, and active participation among students.


The judging panel for the competitions included Ms. Halima Muskan Khan (CEO, Founder & Director), Ms. Sneha Sengupta (Chief Operating Officer), Mr. Shishir Biddappa (Psychologist), and Prithvi.


  • The Spell Bee had three rounds, each progressively more challenging, leading to the selection of finalists.
  • The Debate showcased students’ confidence, reasoning, and public speaking skills, with finalists also chosen by the panel.
The atmosphere was lively, with students enjoying themselves, cheering their peers, and gaining valuable exposure. The day concluded on a high note, with finalists selected to represent Motherland English School in the upcoming Amal Kleos Chronicles Inter-school Competition to be held in September.


Day 02 – 25th August 2025 (Monday)


The MK Empowerment Foundation continued its initiatives at Motherland English School by organizing Singing and Dancing Competitions for students of classes 6th to 10th. The competitions aimed to nurture creativity, confidence, and joy through music and dance while promoting a spirit of friendly rivalry.


The event was hosted by Mr. Shishir Biddappa. The panel of judges included Ms. Halima Muskan Khan, Ms. Sneha Sengupta and Vineet.


  • In the Singing Competition, the first round allowed participants to perform songs of their choice, while in the second round, contestants had to sing a song containing a given word by the panelists, adding an element of fun and spontaneity.
  • The Dancing Competition gave students the chance to showcase their rhythm, coordination, and stage presence, with energy and excitement. First round, they had to perform for the dance they had prepared. In the second round, the contestants had to prepare a performance in the given break.


The day was filled with music, rhythm, and joy, as students participated enthusiastically and the audience responded with applause and cheers. The day concluded on a high note, with finalists selected to represent Motherland English School in the upcoming Amal Kleos Chronicles Inter-school Competition to be held in September.
